Passages terms of service
Last updated: 15 May 2026. These terms apply when you visit passages.live, create an account, start a trial, use the member dashboard, receive alerts, or otherwise use Passages. By using Passages, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Passages is a web-based flight deal discovery and alert service available at passages.live. Support is available at sentinelholdings1@gmail.com. Passages is not an airline, travel agent, package holiday organiser, tour operator, insurance provider, payment card issuer, or booking platform.
2. What Passages provides
Passages provides a membership dashboard, route/date trackers, example and curated flight deal alerts, saved airport preferences, and email notifications. We surface potential deals and provider links for you to verify. We do not sell flights, issue tickets, reserve seats, guarantee fares, guarantee availability, or make travel decisions for you.
3. Your responsibility before booking
You must verify every fare, schedule, baggage rule, visa requirement, passport requirement, travel restriction, airport transfer, provider fee, and booking term directly with the airline, travel provider, government source, or booking site before you pay. Flight prices can change without notice. A deal shown by Passages may expire, be withdrawn, contain an error, or differ from the final provider price.
4. Trial, subscription, and billing
Passages starts with a 3-day free trial unless a different offer is shown at checkout. After the trial, the membership renews at $42 per year, displayed as $3.50/month billed yearly. Billing is handled by Stripe. You authorise Stripe and Passages to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription, taxes where applicable, and any renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel from your account settings or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current subscription period. You keep access until the end of the paid period unless your account is terminated for breach of these terms.
5. Refund policy
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. This includes unused time, missed alerts, failure to use the service, price changes after purchase, expired flight deals, or a decision not to travel. If you do not want to be charged after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a law requires a refund, repair, repeat performance, price reduction, or other remedy, that law applies. If you believe a statutory remedy applies, contact sentinelholdings1@gmail.com with the email on your account, the charge date, and the reason.
6. Digital service access
Passages gives immediate access to digital membership features after signup or successful payment. By creating an account and using the dashboard, trackers, alerts, or member content, you request immediate supply of the digital service. Where applicable law allows, this may affect cancellation or refund rights for digital content or digital services already supplied.
7. Account rules
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use Passages only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not scrape, resell, copy, reverse engineer, overload, abuse, or interfere with Passages, its APIs, its emails, or its provider links.
8. Email alerts and tracker results
Email alerts and tracker results are informational. They may be delayed, incomplete, filtered by your email provider, or unavailable because of provider errors, third-party API limits, missing credentials, outages, or changes in flight data. We may change alert frequency, data providers, supported airports, and product features at any time.
9. Third-party services
Passages may link to airlines, travel providers, Stripe, email providers, analytics providers, flight data providers, or other third parties. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy notices, prices, fees, and refund rules. Passages is not responsible for third-party sites, bookings, payments, cancellations, denied boarding, schedule changes, baggage issues, or customer service.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Passages available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or replace parts of the service where needed for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal compliance, or product improvement.
11. Liability
Passages is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Passages is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost savings, lost opportunity, travel disruption, replacement travel costs, provider errors, expired fares, or decisions you make after viewing an alert. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, create risk for Passages or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using Passages at any time and cancel future billing from settings.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another jurisdiction. Courts in England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
